The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. Lots of parking available. The room was a good size and the beds were quite comfortable. The staff were constantly working to keep the place clean. I used the laundry facilities and both machines worked well.

We were warmly greeted on arrival and the staff were very helpful during our stay. The room had all the amenities one would expect at hotels charging much more. For example, the room had a microwave oven, a mini-fridge with freezer, coffee maker, tea kettle, desk, TV, and air conditioner. Breakfast was great (eggs, sausage or bacon, waffles, cereal, toast, fruit, etc.), and was available starting at 6 a.m. There was 24-hour coffee and tea. The location was very convenient to highway 22, but the units were not affected by road noise. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff here is exceptional - very friendly, generous, and helpful. This was our best hotel stay on our recent trip into Canada. Would definitely stay again if we return to the area. For breakfast a good variety of eggs, sausage, yogurt, cookies and muffins and more. Coffee and a nice variety of teas available all the time plus ramen noodles. The pool was good, nice temperature and a shower with soap for rinsing before/ after swimming. Close to restaurants etc.. outside the back of the hotel just a walk to the river but it was raining so we didn't go.

Our stay was very comfortable and the kids enjoyed the overall experience. We had to move out early in the morning, so we could not experience the pool. It is recommended as the property is close to Banff/Yoho. Breakfast options were plenty however having boiled eggs added to the breakfast menu would be awesome. The room, courteous staff, and amenities.

This is the third time my wife and I have stayed at this hotel. It is clean, comfortable and in a great location. We really enjoy the walking paths and park behind. We also always request a mountain view, which is wonderful.

We were welcomed with snacks and water and had 24 hour available hot beverages. We were located near the Bobby, but it was still nice and quiet. Room was spacious and clean! Breakfast was great, 2 types of meat, 2 types of eggs, and also 2 types of hashbrowns, along with waffles, along withr the other staples of toast, cereal, yogurt, fruit, and granola bars.

The location was great, the front desk employees were very friendly, we were able to get an early check in which was fabulous, the room was spacious. The breakfast was very good.

The desk staff were so good and they gave us bottles of water and a big packet of oreos for a treat. There was even a pack of 3 Ferrere Rochet on my bed!! Breakfast was great, with bacon, eggs, beans and a full range of grains and fruit. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and inns around the world and this one rates in the top ten for the effort they made to make us feel welcome.

I loved the breakfast. They had sausages, bacon, eggs, waffles, fruits, cereals, and baked beans. They had hash browns too. Breakfast kept me full all day. I only had to eat a good dinner. Parking was plentiful and easy to park. The bathroom was kind of old, but what do you expect from a motel-hotel? And shout out to the staff, especially Kate. I really want to thank her for her hospitality.
